I’m endlessly inspired by the magic and power of experiencing our world’s natural landscapes. I also have a deep passion for movies and the art of cinema. I’ve been chasing Hawaii Volcano eruptions since 2014 but I was also born and raised on Hawaii Island. I’ve have been creating films and photography for over 20 years and I’ve made my passion my life as best I can.
I aim to provide new perspectives of this world, to share my art inspired by great cinema, nature and life. I’m both honored and humbled to be able to translate my experiences and to be able to share the magic with the world.

Lance Page is a Filmmaker / Photographer from Hawai’i island, born and raised on the slopes of the world’s largest active volcano, Mauna Loa. Page Films is Lance’s creation, a home for artistic volcano / nature films and innovative, experimental cinema. Lance Page Photography features fine art landscapes, moments in time captured through inspired adventures, cosmic perspectives and the love of art.
Lance’s cinematography has been featured in many high end projects from BBC Studios, National Geographic, Netflix, Adult Swim and more. His footage can be seen in Planet Earth II, Prehistoric Planet II, One Strange Rock, A Perfect Planet, Our Living World, Emmanuel Lubezki’s ABSOLUT ‘One Night’ ad, Adult Swim’s ‘Off the Air’ and more. Page Films’ volcano and experimental film works have earned 5 Vimeo Staff Picks and feature original music from renowned artists LORN, NIN producer John Fryer and Erased Tapes composer Midori Hirano.
