"Explosion of Color" - Episode 18 High Fountains with Massive Lava Plumes
Episode 18 aligned with an absolutely stunning sunrise with low wind conditions at the summit. We had camped out a couple nights so we were in the park when she started up. As the fountains peaked height and power, the plume was rising into the sky with the most mesmerizing colors. I was able to capture this ultra wide angle showing the whole scene from the lookout.
